At Generation 3 customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to making your experience as seamless as possible. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or need assistance with a repair we're here to help.

Returns Policy

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

At Generation 3 all of our products are custom-made specifically for you. Due to the personalised nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We encourage you to carefully review your order details, including size, colour and design, before completing your purchase.

EXCEPTIONS

If you receive an item that is defective or does not match the specifications of your order, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or repair as needed.

Repairs

If your item is defective we offer repair services free of charge. If the item is defective or supplied with different specifications than you ordered, we will at our discretion either replace or repair the product, including where appropriate covering the shipping costs for both sending and returning the item. If you decide to make a change to your order options, you will be responsible for covering shipping and repair costs. 

HOW TO REQUEST A REPAIR

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@generation3printery.com to request a repair. Provide details about the issue, including photos.

2. Receive a Repair Authorisation: We will assess your request and provide you with instructions on how to send your item to us.

3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item and send it to the address provided.

4. Repair Processing: Our skilled technicians will repair your item and return it to you as soon as possible. If any costs are associated with the repair, payment will be required before the item is returned to you.
